VIN Accuracy Tips:

  • Copy the VIN from a website and paste it.
  • Write characters in groups of four with no spaces.
  • You will never find the letters "Q", "O" and "I" in a VIN.
  • All VINs are 17 characters long – no longer, no shorter.
  • The VIN has to come from a vehicle manufactured after 1980.
